  10. This font was designed on a Macintosh using the Fontographer v3.5
  11. font editing utility by Altsys in Dallas.  The font was originally
  12. designed for Macintosh PostScript printers and was ported over for
  13. the IBM using both Fontographer [for the IBM PostScript] and Chris
  14. Reed's TrueType Converter v1.1 [for the TrueType].

  16. <H3>About the Typefaces:</H3>
  17. This package contains two 'runic' fonts; one, "Runic-Gothic", is a 
  18. straight forward sans serif design - the other, "Futhark", is a serif
  19. design, suitable for book typesetting.  Both have the same character
  20. set and include various alternate letters.  The standard set is 
  21. contained in the lowercase keymap and the alternates are in the 
  22. uppercase, each in its corresponding key.  Simple, no?
